The Low Down
This was a website created for a local Real Estate shop that services multiple states. This project was a total build from topo to bottom. This was a complex project as it needed to be informational but also incorporate MLS real estate information. This involved working with the client and the local real estate board to get approval to allow customer to search for available properties on their website.
The site was built in WordPress and integrated via IDX API to not only customers to search all available real estate, but also create dynamic pages for each Agent on the team, and allow lead capture for anyone searching for properties through the site
Additional Details
Additional features include the dynamic featured property section and we programmed the ability for the owner to share a property directly from the website to all their social media accounts. Each agent also has the ability to log in and update their bio pages which populate on the website.
